Terms & Condition
Kuv Paytech Pvt Ltd · Effective 15 April 2025
Kuv Paytech is not the seller. It is not the service provider, the recruiter, or the astrologer. It is the platform that those parties use to reach you, and that distinction is what determines who carries responsibility for what in any transaction you make here.
By registering an account or transacting as a guest, you accept these terms. They cover every part of the platform: the e-commerce store, multi-vendor marketplace, services directory, job listings, motor listings, astrology consultations, bill payments, and the Kuv Paytech mobile application.
Here, the category-specific policy revolves around - Refund, Shipping, or Vendor Onboarding programs so that transactional conflicts are dealt with caution and remain under vigilance
1. Definitions
Platform means “kuv.store”, the Kuv Paytech mobile application, and any associated digital service. User means anyone accessing the Platform, registered or guest. Vendor covers sellers, service providers, recruiters, astrologers, motor dealers, and any other third party with a listing on the Platform. Transaction means any purchase, booking, consultation, job application, or payment processed through the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age restrictions remain 18 or older as per government welfare rules, child labour laws and so on. Minors under the proper vigilance of the parents or legal guardians, who accept lawful terms and prioritise well-being, must give access to every nit of knowledge for the same.
Registration requires accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, whether you did it or someone you gave access to did. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to contactus@kuvpaytech.com immediately. You are highly advised to monitor and act according to the demands of the situation and not just act on instincts.
3. What Kuv Paytech Does and Does Not Do
Kuv Paytech provides the infrastructure for vendors and users to transact, and we do not undertake any manufacturing, warehouse-dealing, or shipping of products. We do not personally deliver services, conduct consultations, or fill job roles. That is the vendor's work.
We thoroughly go through the vendor listings, certain descriptions, trends of pricing, and availability in the local market. Therefore, the process of review that we undertake before going live is very minute, but we cannot verify, optimise, or even thoroughly check every claim a vendor makes about a product. Disputes about what was promised versus what arrived go through our Complaint Dealing Policy, not around it.
Vendor statutory compliance, GST registration, professional licensing, and consumer protection obligations are the vendor's burden to maintain. We require proof as a condition of listing and remove vendors who cannot provide it. What we cannot do is act as a regulator for every category on the Platform.
4. User Conduct
Good-faith transacting is the baseline expectation. The following are prohibited, no exceptions, no context that changes the outcome:
Financial misconduct
- Placing “stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained products/payment credentials.
- Filing chargebacks or refund claims for goods that were received and accepted.
- Using the Platform to move funds from unlawful sources.
- Running multiple accounts to exploit discounts, referral schemes, or cashback offers.
- Intentionally returning used or damaged goods under a false description of condition.
Platform and system integrity
- Unauthorised access to any part of our servers or another user's account
- Uploading Malware code/program or in any other form that disrupts operations.
- Using unauthorised bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written consent from Kuv Paytech.
Listings and content
- Posting reviews or ratings that do not reflect a genuine transaction.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or professional credentials in any listing or application.
- Sharing pirated, copyrighted, or legally restricted material through any Platform feature.
- Creating accounts after a prior suspension to circumvent enforcement.
Prohibited goods and behaviour
- Even trying to list, buy, or facilitate transactions that undertake categories including: “weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods, wildlife products, or suspicious items” is prohibited under Indian law.
- Misrepresenting age to access “age-restricted products, alcohol, tobacco, adult products, or regulated pharmaceuticals”, etc.
- User/Vendor/Browser-based abuse, threat, or harassing conduct that directs other “users, vendors, support staff, or delivery personnel”
-These will be judged immediately as “accounts of violation” and therefore will surely be suspended without prior notice. Financial fraud and identity theft are reported to the relevant authorities. Appeals go to
contactus@kuvpaytech.com, but not all suspensions are reversible.
5. Vendor Obligations
Vendors carry obligations that registration alone does not satisfy. The following apply from the date a listing goes live:
- Valid business registration, GST compliance, and any professional licences required for your category must be maintained and available for review on request.
- List only what you are legally permitted to sell or provide. Listing a “restricted product” under any circumstances will result in fast, lawful removal of the same.
- The products will always have to match the “pricing, availability, and product descriptions”, and so, discrepancies are treated as vendor failure/violations.
- Post-sale responsibilities, warranties, statutory returns, and after-service sit with the vendor. They do not transfer to Kuv Paytech.
- Within the prior or existing vendor agreement, bidding, cancellation and refund timelines are not advisory.
- In case of all vendors, “Customer disputes” must be handled with our 4L customer dealing system at all times for quick remedy.
Vendors with “repeated/intentionally unresolved/failed compliance checks/ misrepresented listings” will be suspended, and lawful acts will be incurred for the benefit of the customers. Serious or repeated breaches result in permanent removal, and in cases involving consumer fraud, Kuv Paytech will take the pepper protection authority and deal with it in legal terms only without delay, as we regard this as a matter of top priority at any point in time.
6. Payments
Kuv Paytech is committed to never storing various details, including “card numbers, CVV codes, UPI IDs, or wallet credentials” within any certain actions made under the payment module. Each payment process will always go through our trusted and most-acknowledged “Third-Party Gateways” that are “PCI-DSS certified, and operating under RBI guidelines” for digital transactions.
“Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking”, etc., are always accepted across the Platform. Cash on delivery is available through select vendors. Whether COD is offered, and whether a surcharge applies, is set by the vendor and shown at checkout before you confirm an order.
A platform fee or commission may apply to vendor transactions. This is disclosed in the Vendor Agreement and does not affect the price you see at checkout.
Your OTP, UPI PIN, and payment credentials are yours to protect. Kuv Paytech will never ask for them. Any unauthorised transaction that results from a user sharing credentials with a third party is not Kuv Paytech's liability.
7. Cancellations
Users
Every cancellations which are made within the period of the last 24-hours before a “scheduled delivery or service” will never be judged as “eligible” for a “full refund” where advance payment was collected. Within 24 hours, no refund. Not showing up, or failing to provide access for a booked service, is a no-show. The full service charge applies.
Vendors
Vendors, in any matter of their personal terms, who are unable to maintain a certain booking, must notify 24 hours beforehand for the same purpose. Cancelling without certain notice will almost definitely carry rigorous penalties under “The Vendor Agreement”. Two or more occurrences under the rolling of a “90-day period” will always trigger massive reviews, and most of the time, it carries suspension as an imminent action.
Category-specific cancellation rules for motors, property, astrology consultations, and job listings are on the relevant policy pages on the Platform.
8. Refunds
Full refund
A full refund applies in two situations: the vendor failed to deliver, or what arrived does not match the listing in a material way, a different product, missing components, or a service that was not performed as described.
Partial refund
Where only part of an order was undelivered or arrived damaged, a partial refund may be issued. These are assessed individually under the Refund Policy, and there is no fixed formula.
Non-refundable categories
The following are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of reason:
- “Perishables, food, dairy, meat, seafood, flowers, and grocery consumables.
- Personal hygiene products: innerwear, swimwear, hosiery, razors, and sanitary items.
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and hair products.
- Baby food, formula, and hygiene consumables.

-Again, the non-refundable items can be much more than the mentioned stock. Therefore, before purchasing an item, refundability, if not mentioned in the description of the item itself, must be acknowledged through our customer care service. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery or service completion. The full process is on the Return & Refund Policy page. a
9. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their listing content but grant Kuv Paytech a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Platform for the duration of their registration. That licence ends when the listing is removed or the vendor's registration is terminated.
Using any Platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from Kuv Paytech is a breach of these terms. Legal proceedings apply.
10. Liability
Kuv Paytech's liability in any dispute is capped at the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for loss of income, data loss, missed opportunities, or downstream consequences of a transaction going wrong.
We are not liable for a vendor's conduct, product quality, or service delivery. That said, we run a complaints process precisely because vendor failures happen, and we act on them. A vendor with a pattern of failures does not stay on the Platform.
11. Force Majeure
Kuv Paytech is not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders, infrastructure outages, pandemics, labour strikes, or acts of war. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. We will communicate with users where the disruption materially affects an active transaction and resume operations as soon as the situation allows.
12. Dispute Resolution
Start with us. Most disputes are resolved at the support stage. Write to contactus@kuvpaytech.com or call +91-7982104247, and give us the chance to fix it before escalating.
Where direct resolution does not produce an outcome, the matter moves to mediation. Under the obligation that a mediation can fail, various disputes are referred back under the ”Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996” where, the venue being in Kolkata, the selected language will be English for the betterment of all people concerned.
These terms are governed by Indian law. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, hold exclusive jurisdiction over any matter that goes beyond arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We revise these terms when operations change or when the law requires it. The date at the top reflects the last substantive revision. Minor wording corrections do not trigger a new notification. Certain unwanted changes that materially damage or affect any kind of user rights are communicated before they reach established/ registered users, and may take any effect.
Continued use of the Platform after a revision is acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, close your account before the effective date.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We can suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior warning, where the breach involves fraud, identity theft, or conduct that risks other users. Vendors found in serious breach may also face referral to consumer protection authorities.
Account termination requests from users can be submitted to contactus@kuvpaytech.com. Data handling after termination is covered in the Privacy Policy.
